Integrity has brought to life the true meaning of an extensive range of premium quality, certified Fair Trade products, which address the requirements of a modern day coffee service. At Metropolitan we understand that many operators now recognise that both socially and commercially, it is time to 'do the right thing'. We were not convinced by the quality of many off-the-shelf Fair Trade coffees and wanted an exceptional quality and flexible format that was applicable to all areas of the Horeca market. Our journey led us to Brazil with the expert help of our master roaster. Together we laid some key criteria for the new blends; consistency, tast, aroma and body. After weeks of coffee wizardry we arrived at our Integrity Espresso bean, from which all other variants are born. The Integrity range includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and sugars but at its heart is a fabulous blend of coffee, scrupulously sourced with full traceability and complete quality control from bush to cup.
